As for the Browns, if they can somehow beat the New England Patriots then I will look at them differerently, although it is highly unlikely. The Cavaliers have made a statement that they will return to the playoffs and even have made their own theme song. I like the city of Cleveland for 2 reasons, 1, the Rock-n-roll hall of fame & the Drew Carey show.
