LeBron James did nothing wrong by not shaking Dwight Howard’s hand
There are bias “analysts” out there who have taken LeBron James not shaking the Orlando Magic’s hands after the game 6 loss as a chance to bash the King LeBron James. First of all, Skip Bayless is a complete hat, secondly, this isn’t anything new in sports.
One side of the argument(hardcore/old school):
Why do they shake hands? Why do they pray together after games? How could you be friends with another team? You should want to rip your opponent’s heart out.
(This is the old-school way of thinking)
Let’s be friends, “I’ll be there for you”:
Some people want athletes to tip-toe through the tulips together after going to battle in sports competition. Someone should inform these people that true competitors take losses seriously.
I don’t think LeBron James did anything wrong by not shaking Dwight Howard’s hand or the Orlando Magic team’s hands. Watch the video to gain better perspective on this issue. Thanks!

What about Amare …
What about Amare Stoudamire in 2007 refusing to shake the spurs hands. That is the same thing no question about it.

You should send this vid into ESPN and then to show on SportsCenter and show everyone the truth.

It’s not like …
It’s not like Howard came right up to him and LeBron turned his back!
This is not a big deal at all. LeBron walked out as soon as it ended. Other athletes have done the same thing a million times.
People will always find ways to criticize the biggest star. (yankees hat, getting dunked on- it was the Nike people who got rid of the video immediately, and this)
And Dwight’s not the most respectful guy anyway, but that’s beside the point.

Pretty gross with …
Pretty gross with the feet licking, dude. The Cavs were just smokin’ teams before they hit the Orlando brick wall though. Its strange because I thought Atlanta was a better team than Orlando and they got swept. If it weren’t for LeBron’s great buzzer beater the Cavs would have gotten swept by the Magic. They’ll get the Magic next year though now that Turkoglu and Alston are gone…

i hate lebron, but …
i hate lebron, but i gotta admit.. the media’s going too far. It’s just a dumb handshake. Stern should be glad Lebron didnt throw a Dirk tantrum. I’m sure everyone remembers Dirk kicking the bike machine on his way to the locker room. I don’t like LeBron but leave the guy alone.
BTW, what’s the name of the song you used for this video? It’s pretty epic: it’d be a good theme to use for the Finals or the NBA in general.

was it …
was it sportsmanslike? no. was it required to shake hands? no. lebron didn’t shake hands. big deal. he has done so much for the nba; the media is getting on lebron just because his image is so huge. just because it wasn’t sportsmanlike doesn’t mean it was wrong

I would be mad to if I had one of the best postseasons in NBA history and come up short. He’s the best in the world and I hope the Cavs keep him and get a strong center like Perkins from the Celtics.

This is not even …
This is not even that serious…who cares if he didnt shake his hand, u think the magic were caring about if lebron shook their hands? no they were happy cuz they one….and why would u shake hands with someone who jus ended ur season? I wouldnt want 2. This is just like saying good luck b4 the game. Why would u wish ur opponent good luck….instead of saying good luck i would say, i hope u have the worst game of ur career.
