How long does it take for the acai berry to take affect and for me to actually start losing serious weight?


Once you lost a little bit of weight did you keep losing? Or did you lose a little and then stop losing?

With Acai Berry, you usually begin to see weight loss within 7-10 days after taking 4ounces of juice per day. With concentrated Acai in capsule form , you usually see weight loss in 3-5 days. That is assuming no exercise. If you exercise by simply walking 30 minutes per day at a brisk 3-4 mph, you should see weight loss within 1 -2 days. That has been the experience of my customers.
