		<description>Having baby changes your body significantly.  I commend you on thinking about and doing something about your health and fitness.  

Diet and exercise are a way of life.  Either you eat bad and do not exercise or eat good and exercise, we have the choice to choose which lifestyle we want.  

Personally, I do not think you are losing weight because you are eating properly (dieting right).  Now, there is more to fitness that just losing weight.  Check the mirror and see how you look.  

Let's get back to some exercises.  Try using some weights and circuit-type of training. Free weights are great for toning and weight-loss.You can try dumbbell squats with shoulder presses. Here is a great and effective circuit training using a treadmill. Walk for 2 minutes (as a warm-up), jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, then jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, etc...do this for about 20-23 minutes. This works great and even saves you time.

This is just a start. Keep working out and eating properly.
