Have you checked into if you can legally do this? Read a book out loud online? Sure it is not a violation of copyright law in some way? Being an author, I am not sure I would be ok with this…..understandably so. Let me know what you have found out about this. Thanks! Joan

for mans its 2500 daily but u wont lose weight or gain i think but its ur maintain calories, try eating less food then u eat

If you want to get rid of the rest of the fat from your body and get lean you should incorporate coconut oil into your diet. i started adding a half tbsp 3 times a day and i am finally starting to get leaner after being stuck at 150 lbs for months. I have been telling everyone about what it has done for me. I am super energized, my skin hair and nails are visibly healthier, and i am never hungry. It will shead the fat from your body. Research it and I think you will find it very interesting.

I am so unbelievably jealous of how you can get an idea in your head and just pick up and do it! Whether it is weight loss, moving, playing a guitar, etc… You have incredible determination, spontaneity, and impulse (which is a good thing) and I wish I could be more like that!
