What is the fast and healthy way of losing weight?
I am 21 years old female. My height is 5′8, and my weight is 165 pounds which is not healthy. Can someone help me making a diet plan or a chart thing? I do not want to take any medicine for losing weight.

holy crap! 165 is healthy! its in between healthy and not. well depending on what weight you want to achieve depends on the hours you workout. for losing weight you wanna do a lot of sweating even if you dont want to. sweating will help burn calories just keep hydrated. do some running for an hour or more. then some weights usaully as much as possible.remember to eat proper. like veggies, carbs(bread etc.), PROTIEN! you need to eat meat to give your muscles the proper nutrients to grow.
1) run a couple of miles( or by time) prefered a fast pace. just enough to finish but fast enough to burn!
2) use weights, machines or free weights, as much as possible.
3) eat the right foods
