Whats the best way to start losing weight?
Like how do u just start losing weight? I’m ready to start losing the weight but i’m not sure where to start first. Any advice on how to start the process? I’m not into any pills, or powder or anything like that! I want to do it natural.
Here is what worked for me:
-Don’t eat after 8pm, or at least 2-3 hours before going to bed
-If you’re hungry between meals, have a banana or yogurt
That’s a good starting spot. When you can do those things and be content, move on to other things one at a time, such as:
-drink water with meals instead of other things
-eat whole grain foods instead of white
Do it one step at a time and you will see results
