Which would be worse: settling for a tie with one the worst teams in football, or?
realizing you screwed up big time by telling the press you didn’t know there was only one overtime period in the regular season?
I don’t think McNabb is an idiot, but his comments have been over-hyped and have put him in a less than flattering light.
I’m not saying he’s the sharpest pencil in the box. What I’m trying to say is that his team played lousy against a lousy team. Then he made those comments that are all over the sports networks making him look like a buffoon. That’s gotta suck worse than the paltry performance his team had. He was doubly embarassed yesterday.
McNabb is a moron. That’s all there is to it. How can you not know the rules. 10 years in the leauge, having games end in ties during his career (not games he was in, but still, isn’t he aware of how other teams do and what their records are throughout the season). How do you F that up?

Don’t kid yourself, McNabb IS and idiot. How long has he been in the league????? completely inexcusable, I’m sorry. Sometimes I wonder if he knows how to read. Could be another Dexter Manly for all we know.
