    i lost weight …
    i lost weight thanks to the diet on

    and i didnt think it wuld actually work wow

    now im ready for the summer

    they got this special Diet and fitness diet they came up with i lost 35 pounds in 2 months i just need to lose about 5 more and im good for the summer 9but u need to have a little self will fro it)

    crunches are more for toning really, i think i should lose weight first because theres no point in doing that with a belly with alot of fat which i do i need to shift it first lol.
