    maybe let’s try this one… for breakfast and lunch: a pack of wheat crackers, leafy veggies, an apple and a banana… you can also add-up about 100 grams of grass-fed lamb or beef for lunch and 1 whole egg for breakfast. and for dinner, another banana, and tons of veggies… plus a regular 30-minute exercise… ^_^ excessive carbohydrates and Omega 6-rich food are the enemies… and the most important factor here is WILL…

    umm no puff you do die to much potasium stops your heart
    my cousin was sick a while back and had to eat like 3 bannans a day or hed get more sick. but the dctor told him to stop for a while because potasium stops your heart if u eat alot of it
