I know … I know homosexuality seems strange in an evolutionary context but when we can see that more than a thousand species have these tendencies, there must be a perfectly reasonable cause.
It is therefore my belief that the homosexual gene is a much more believable pov than merely “freaks of nature”. I’d rather not come into the debate of “it is an abomination” either.
The most reasonable conclusion must be a gene (or more likely more than one) that determines the degree of homosexuality.
If only I could … If only I could find that stupid magazine. Oh well.
On the other hand, remember when in an earlier post where I described 1500 different animals as of now have been shown to have homosexual behaviour? I never explained why, in an evolutionary context, that would ever be beneficial to a species.
Well, some species of birds mate with the opposite sex but then form pairs of the same sex.
Apparently, same-sex relationships in the animal kingdom improves the health and age of a number of animals.

Every study on a “gay gene” has been exposed as misrepresented and unsound. If your source were correct you can be sure everybody would have known this.

There’s actually something you could call a “homosexual” gene in humans but it’s more in degrees than in absolutes. Basically, it makes people more attracted to men. That means that if a man has it, he may be gay but if a women has it, she’ll be even more interested in men than normally.
This means that even though it looks like homosexuality would die out, because it is applicable to both male and female, it doesn’t.
Right, the … Right, the intelligence behind nature does…something has to…which crosses over into the existence of God and the situational irony that, to me, proves His existence. There’s no reason why logical calculations should fail the lives of men, but when circumstances work out toward your favor even in the midst of adversity and the ignorance of others you have to take into account that one is supposed to be the way they are for a purpose and experience what they do for a purpose.
And before someone … And before someone get’s excited I know “animals” do “self regulate” or protect their population by having babies when the food is high and not having babies when the food is low etc..(humans do the same thing)

There is nothing … There is nothing absolute about all species and behavior. There must always be a ‘hindrance’ or balance. If all men and women were heterosexual, our population would be out of control. There are exceptions to every rule. There is nothing that is constant or consistent.

Scientists have … Scientists have clearly said they do not know enough about animal sexuality and researchers have described animal homosexuality as something altogether different from human sex & sex within the animal kingdom.
As homosexuals have … As homosexuals have divulged their sexual behaviors one can understand the evolution of their sexual organs are being used in many ways except what it is intended to be used for. Find me a scientist who argees that the human anus has evolved for the reception of a penis. If you don’t want to accept that it’s not natural because the Bible says I can give you various reasons why human homosexuality doesn’t even fit the Evolution Theory. You put way too much emphasis on animals.
Maybe all dinosaurs … Maybe all dinosaurs became homosexuals all at once. Maybe something in evolution changed in their “genes”. And that’s why they died.
Also, if homosexuality is natural. Then you must accept the fact that heterosexual humans who are defined as having “homophobia” are just instinctively reacting to their own natural evolutionary line and our evolutionary level to protect our species. ;0)

In a survey conducted in Oregan State University in USA, I sadly don’t have the date, it was shown that only 50% of male sheep preferred (emphasis here) mating with females. 20% didn’t have any preference, and mated with both genders equally, 20% would only (emphasis on only) mate with other males, and 10% weren’t interested in sex at all!
