College Football Rankings- The News about Losing

PLEASE READ!!! You knew I was going to post this after the game. If Mark Cuban is out on the floor arguing I got it on youtube. Not as bad as the one I posted after the game in January. Here are my thoughts and a few rules before posting.

First, I don’t want to hear anything about how the Denver Nuggets get all the calls and how Dallas is only losing because of the refs. Wrong. First off Dallas had 10 more free throws made than field goals. They attempted 20 free throws in the third quarter and Denver committed 16 fouls in one quarter. I don’t want to hear any more people complaining about how the refs threw the game for the Nuggets because it isn’t true. The refs threw the game towards the Mavs the entire game until the last call of the game. I will say that that was a foul at the end and it should have been called but to base the whole game on it is ridiculous. Also, how do you know if Melo wouldn’t have hit the next one he attempted. He’s a pretty good player he could have hit another. Finally to my last point of the first section. rick Carlisle was talking about the number of fouls in the game and how the refs threw it at the end. Ok here’s my question. In a game with so many fouls if they were throwing it in Denver’s direction how did you have a foul to give at the end. you were in the penalty at 7 minutes to go. He didn’t mention that. Another thing, if Antoine Wright fouls Melo and they call it and Melo misses and then they inbound with 2.7 left and Melo hits a game winner they complain that that wasn’t a foul and they should have let it go. Rick Carlisle can’t take the loss and this is going to be a sweep!!!

Second, nobody is giving Carmelo Anthony any credit for that shot. That was a phenomenal shot and I can’t understand how no one gave him a compliment about hitting the shot. The game is over they can’t take it back so just deal with what is what is. So I will say it. Carmelo great shot!! you have had so many great shots in your career and no one gives you credit for any.

Which brings me to my last point. I am sick and tired of people not giving Denver sports teams any credit. If Denver wins a game people still talk more about the other team and say oh it’s a fluke they’re from Denver they can’t win just because of where they are from. When the Rockies played in that tie breaker a few years ago Garrett Atkins hit a home run that was called not a home run and it was later determined to be a home run, but the announcers dismissed it and said oh no big deal it’s just a game, but when Matt Holiday slid into home plate all the announcers were like oh bad call bad call Denver can’t win because they’re from Denver oh no. Cal Ripken Jr. was actually fired from TBS shortly after that game due to actions from that game for being biased against Denver and actually using hateful language on the Rockies players. They shoved it up everyone’s es by making it to the World Series where no one picked them to go.

Are people going to give Denver any credit? up 3-0 in the series and 7-0 in the season and postseason series. They are the better team and if they make it to the finals and win I hope Charles Barkley shoves it in all those analysts es. As far as the game today I thought Doris Burke should be fired immediately. She made excuses why the Nuggets won and continued to talk about that call. She didn’t know her stuff about either team. She said the game was called fair which is so false Dallas got so many calls that were not fouls but the end game she was like oh crap Denver won oh no that can’t happen. It is a struggling economy and ESPN can’t afford to keep her. Fire her immediately.
